HB Reorganizes Field Service
Initiative
HB is pleased to
announce a realignment of our field service specialists and dispatch
team.
Dan Maxwell and Steve Kurtz have been
charged with the day to day communication and response to all customer
requests for field service. In this capacity, Dan and Steve will work
closely with HB’s dedicated field service technicians, using a new
software tracking system from Intuit, called, Track-It.
After many months of field trials, the
Track-It software system allows our service team and our customers the
ability to request service; and track responses and
resolution to any service request.
“We have been testing the Track-It system
and its ability to meet our demanding needs for almost one year,” says
Tom Treichel, HB’s Director of Field Operations. “We have customized
the package to meet our customer needs as well as our own. We have
worked closely with some of our customers in this analysis and we are
extremely confident with the increased ability it offers to track
critical information surrounding service requests.”
Today, all service requests are entered
by Dan or Steve, the field technicians or the customer. This
centralization of this data has improved our internal ability to review
information and to report it back to customers; as well as manufacturers
who may be providing warranty service to their products.
