 HB Celebrates Its 60th Year Anniversary
with a Family Picnic at Mountainside!

On Saturday August 12th, HB employees and their families gathered together at Mountainside in Wallingford, Connecticut for a picnic to celebrate HB's 60th Year Anniversary. While some relaxed by the pool,  many activities took place throughout the day including rock-wall climbing,  trout fishing, horseshoe games, bocce tournaments, pony rides, face painting, and more. It was great to see everyone enjoying themselves with friends and family.  A great time was enjoyed by all!

HB Announced Acquisition of Certain Assets of World
Audio Visual Enterprises of Mountainside, NJ


HB Communications, Inc. announced that it had completed the acquisition of certain assets of World Audio Visual Enterprises of Mountainside, New Jersey, which is an audio/visual integrator primarily focused on the Metro New York and New Jersey markets.

HB Communications, Inc., which founded in 1946 as an audiovisual equipment distributor for the educational market, is one of the leading audio/visual communications company in the Northeast. 

“I’m looking forward to our expanding resources in the tri-state area. Increasing our presence in New York and New Jersey enables us to give more attention to those we serve,” states Mackey Barron, President and Founder of HB.

“This transaction will allow HB to provide service and integrated solutions more efficiently to our New York and New Jersey customers,” adds Dana Barron, CEO of HB.

New Jersey Sales VP Mario Porto and Administration VP, Walter Vierschilling who joined HB remarked, “We are excited to be a part of the history and tradition of HB Communications and look forward to enhancing HB’s ability to deliver the expert audio/visual integration and service that customers require.”
