With HB Bridging Services, we manage every aspect of your video meeting from scheduling, pre-testing all participant sites, setting up additional rental rooms and technical monitoring. HB can specifically bridge:
- Multipoint calls that include voice, video and data, as well as duo video (H.239) IP, ISDN or both.
- We can bridge 3 to many sites in a single conference or multiple smaller conferences (unlimited room sizes).
- We can bridge the gap between IP and ISDN or ISDN and IP.
Client Cost: IP calls have no telco charge, however hourly bridging charges per site will apply.
ISDN Calls Dial-In: Will incur a per hour per site bridging charge, plus ISDN long distance telco charges.
ISDN Dial-Out (HB dials out to the endpoints from our MCU): Pricing will be determined per conference per site in reference to standard long distance charges.
HB Monitoring: HB can monitor or moderate a conference for an additional hourly fee.
HB Call Recording: HB can record complete conference for an additional fee.
